Enrolments are taken on a ‘first come’ basis, early enrolments are encouraged. To enrol please complete the enrolment form and return by post, email or fax:

Payment Methods

Payments can be made by:

  • Cheque (made payable to the University of Canterbury)
  • Credit Card (please fill out details on enrolment form)
  • Direct Credit (please make sure appropriate references are used)


Enrolment Information

When enrolling for a course and or workshop you are abiding by UC Education Plus’s terms and conditions.

  1. One enrolment form, per course, per person.
  2. The closing date for all courses is ten days prior to the start date.
  3. You will be sent a confirmation email on receipt of your enrolment and then a reminder email closer to the course date. If you do not receive these emails, please contact UC Education Plus as this will most likely mean that your enrolment has not been received.
  4. Some courses are offered as one off workshops or multiple sessions. Take a note of this when you enrol.
  5. You will be notified of room and venue information on receipt of your enrolment.


Special Dietary Requirements

If you have special dietary requirements, please be sure to note this when you enrol.


Terms and Conditions/Cancellations

Courses are offered on a limited enrolment basis and places are unlikely to be filled at short notice. For this reason, we have a cancellation policy which states the following:

Cancellations by Participants

  • All cancellations must be received in writing and if made within ten or more working days before the start of the course will incur a 25% administration fee.
  • Full fees are payable for any cancellations made within five working days.
  • Any request to transfer to a later course, made within five working days prior to the start date of the original course will incur a 25% administration fee.
  • A replacement participant is welcome at any stage prior to course commencement. Please provide us with the person’s details as soon as possible.
  • Full fees are payable for non-attendance without prior notification.

Cancellations by UC Education Plus

UC Education Plus reserves the right to cancel a course due to insufficient enrolments or other unforeseen circumstances. If a course is cancelled at least one weeks notice will be given and a full refund will be issued.

Close of Enrolments
Please enrol prior to ten working days before the course start date. This enables us to confirm both our presenters and financial viability of the course.

Failure to enrol/Late enrolment fee
Participants who turn up at a course, with no prior registration will be charged an additional fee of $50.00 per person.
